What We Offer
We offer a superior Self Catering experience as opposed to an all inclusive hotel stay which tends to limit your freedom in experiencing the great food and culture Barbados has to offer. Awake to balmy tropical breezes, bird songs and a new adventure every day. Our heavenly village is "home away from home", beautifully constructed to closely follow the island’s traditional, colonial architectural style perfectly yet only a short walk away from the local shops/bars/restaurants and beaches.
Villas
All bedrooms have individual air conditioning units. Each bathroom has a fully tiled walk-in shower and vanity unit. Attention to detail can be found in each townhouse, in ceramic floors, the pickled wood ceilings and the clay tile roof, all of which contribute to the cool tropical ambience. Outside there is ample parking and 24 hour CCTV.
Pool and Beach
In the centre of the villas is a large swimming pool and sun deck with plenty of space to relax and unwind. The swimming pool is open between 8am and 6pm. The pool is unattended and parents are responsible for their children at all times. Mullins Beach and Bar is a five minute walk away for lunch or drinks should you choose not to eat at your Villa.
Services
The Village itself is self catering with a weekly maid service included. Additional maid service is available daily or as often as required and will need to be booked in advance so please let us know at the time of your booking if you require additional maid service.
CHECK-OUT TIME: Is 11am. For later departures we will try our utmost to accommodate guests as best as possible to enable you to shower and change before leaving. This might be in an alternate villa. To guarantee a late check-out and use of the villa clients should book for an additional night.
CHECK-IN TIME: is 15:00hrs. Early arrivals who wish to guarantee their villa to be available before 15:00 hrs should book from the night prior to actual early arrival.
HOTEL ROOM LEVY: This is a government tax that applies to all hotel and villas rooms in Barbados currently at US$4.38 per bedroom per night. Your room levy will be added to your booking and shown separately in your charges.

Location Location Location
Kings Beach Village is in one of the BEST locations on the island and very well connected on foot or using local buses.
You are a leisurely 5/10 minute walk to the restaurants and bars of Mullins or St Peters Bay. At Mullins there is Bombas Beach Restaurant and Bar or perhaps the Seashed will take your fancy. The Royal Westmorland Beach Club now serves the public as well as their own guests and is another one not to be missed. There are many other bays and beaches to be discovered so you are welcome everywhere. En route you are bound to pass a local eatery or rum shop as you go. ON many you can rent parasols and sun loungers to while away your day.
Local eateries close to the Village include Grandenes Bar and Bistro and East Moon Cuisine and Bar for authentic Chinese food just moments away.
The nearest mini mart at Rubis Gas Station is 5 minutes walk away for supplies, drinks and snacks should you choose to unwind at your villa. A bigger selection of goods can be found at the supermarket in Holetown Including Massy Supermarket or in Speightstown you will find a variety of supermarkets to choose from.
Whether you want to eat at home or sample the local bars and restaurants you are so well placed at Kings Beach Village that its all just a short distance away.
To venture further afield the local buses pass by every 5 to 10 minutes and will take you near and far for only $3.50 a trip so you can journey around the island to your hearts content.
